Refunds will only be considered in the event of catastrophic server failure, or if we are no longer in a position to provide hosting service for your site due to server limitations.
We cannot refund monies paid to domain registrars for any domain names registered on your behalf. These domain names will be transferred to your nominated name server.
If you commissioned a new website, refunds can only be made prior to commencement of the site design. If we have already started building your site then we will have to enter into a mutually acceptable arrangement based on the amount of effort that has already gone into the site design.
