If you would like to cancel your hosting account with me at any time you need only send an email to hosting@dallasdahms.net to let me know.

Clients who have paid in advance for a hosting package will be refunded pro-rata, based on the amount of time that remains unused on their account. This is calculated per day and applies to all billing methods (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually).

Refunds will be made back to your credit card via 2CO.com or if you are a South African client who has paid via EFT I will send you back an EFT. You will have to provide your bank account details on the cancellation email.

I cannot refund monies paid to domain registrars for any domain names I might register on your behalf. These domain names will be transferred to your nominated name server.

If you commissioned me to create a new website for you, refunds can only be made prior to commencement of the site design. If I have already started building your site then we will have to enter into a mutually acceptable arrangement based on the amount of effort that has already gone into the site design.
